A man from Khabarovsk saves four drunk children on the Amur river
On Monday, a man from Khabarovsk, helped by transport police, saved four children on the Amur river, who had drifted away on an ice floe.
“The adolescents from ages 12 to 14 were playing on the bank of the river when the piece of ice that they were on broke away and drifted into the current. The children went a kilometre down the Amur before they were noticed”, Interfax reports about a statement from the Transport Division of the interior ministry for the Far Eastern Federal District.
The man threw the children a rope, which they managed to catch, and pull the ice floe to the shore, where they were helped by the police. They noticed that the teenagers were in a state of alcohol intoxication.
It’s reported that the children were checked over by doctors of the emergency services and “were found to be in satisfactory condition”. The police are going to initiate an administrative case against the parents of the underage children under article 5.35 of the administrative code – “Improper execution of child-rearing duties”.

Yeah, right now, across the whole world, teenagers are addicted to beer and energy drinks! Instead of breakfast, lunch, and dinner – “Red Bull” and so on, crap that is corrupting the consciousness of the young! In Germany, they even bring breakfast to school…

Laugh all you want, but child alcoholism is a norm in our country. In any case, it’s the stupid government that are to blame. Everything comes from the FAMILY.
Василий Иванович:
The same norm as for France, Spain, Great Britain, Germany, Italy, the States, etc. That alcoholism is exclusively Russian is a myth.

Strange article – if the children were under alcoholic intoxication then why did the doctors who looked them over find their condition satisfactory? Did the doctors get their assessment wrong, is alcoholic intoxication in Russian children satisfactory? Satisfactory for whom? The doctors, the parents, or our governmental powers?

Drunken children… all is going to plan, the submissive electorate of the next 20-30 years is growing up!
