As a result of frequent car crashes and corrupt officials, many Russians have chosen to install video cameras in their cars. While this means that there are many, many hours of footage of Russians driving around, and lots of videos of car crashes, they occasionally also capture something a little unexpected, as in this case, spotted by a Russian driver and uploaded to YouTube in Belgorod.
