It’s interesting that in the list of the top five most expensive penthouses in Moscow from autumn last year, there were no penthouses from high-rise buildings or “Moscow City” skyscrapers. The most expensive penthouses (defined as multi-level apartments on the top floor) at the time were flats in low-rise apartment blocks on Ostozhenka and Khamovniki lanes.
