Children blow up a truck in Moscow
Image for illustrationOn Saturday 1st June, in the evening, in the suburb of Lyubertsy, a truck exploded, injuring one child.
Interfax reports this, quoting the press service of the Interior Ministry’s headquarters for the Moscow Oblast.
According to preliminary reports, a group of children aged 10-12 lit a fire near to an old ‘MAZ’ truck. The fire soon spread to the vehicle and it exploded.
RIA Novosti reports that eyewitnesses said the incident occurred at building 6 on Shevlyakova street. “There was an explosion. The fire engulfed the cab, and smoke rose above the 15th floor. But the windows were not blown out. The fire in the vehicle was quickly extinguished, and after a few minutes the boy was taken away in an ambulance”, said one of the agency’s sources.

Well how else are they going to set fire to it, watching from around the corner or something? I remember as a child, there was a bulldozer on a construction site and we tried to set fire to it. We pushed a piece of cloth into the petrol tank then set fire to it. Didn’t work ((
