As an official representative of the American administration, Jay Carney, stated, there is a serious likelihood that some people were at the demonstrations who were not local residents. Exactly what external forces could stand behind the recent events in the South East of Ukraine Carney did not say, but claimed that in the US’s opinion Russia has increased pressure in the Ukraine.
