From Echo Moskvy:
Russian civil servants and diplomats are trying to free detained journalists from the Zvezda TV channel
The Russian embassy have engaged all diplomatic channels to that end, a message to the media states. The former vice-premier Dmitriy Rogozin wrote on twitter this he is not ruling out a quick release for the two journalists who were arrested the day before yesterday by the Ukrainian National Guard in the Donetsk Oblast.
Comments from Echo Moskvy:
semen007:
Any method is good to free our guys from the dungeons of the Ukrainian gestapo!
psi54:
It’d be better if they freed the residents of the Donbass from the troops

Future ‘Rasshan heroes’, definitely))

Clearly the 6th Parachute regiment have been given the order to stir things up in Normandy
ouroboros:
There just needs to be a special operation. Work out the location of the hostages, smash their captors to bits, and blow up a couple of bridges on the way home.
yannn:
They would be better off worrying about who is starving in Russia, building more hospitals, schools, etc.
maxwell_:
I’ve had enough of these “propagandists”. They should be arrested quietly so we hear less about it.
juliana0109:
What were these so-called journalists doing at a roadblock in Slavyansk if they were going to the inauguration in Kiev? Or did the local chav cops nick their compass and they got lost?
croaker:
Yeah, no way out of this without Kadyrov. Rogozin has no authority, and even Putin himself is having to ask.

“The Russian embassy have engaged all diplomatic channels to that end”
Stick all those channels where the sun don’t shine and go and ask Ramzan Kadyrov
